Mission :

  • Assurant la prescription des produits auprès des professionnels, usines,stations d'emballages, architectes, bureaux d’études, particuliers… ;
  • Réalisant vos objectifs de vente ;
  • Assurant la croissance de votre chiffre d’affaires ;
  • Développant et fidélisant un portefeuille clients ;
  • Garantissant le suivi de la prestation et veiller à la satisfaction client.


Profil recherché:

De formation supérieure commerciale ou technique froid et climatisation (Bac+2/5), vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans la vente de produits de froid et climatisation ;

Au-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons des personnes curieuses, dynamiques et autonomes, capables d'avoir une démarche structurée, mais aussi de relever les challenges commerciaux pour poursuivre le développement de l’entreprise ;

Vous avez une appétence pour les métiers techniques et une bonne capacité d'analyse pour proposer des solutions techniques adaptées à la spécificité des besoins de vos clients.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basis
  • Completes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials
  • Observes and inspects equipment to determine if servicing or further action is required
  • Completes preventative and basic maintenance tasks on structures and other equipment, including, but not limited to dispensers, point of sale (POS), computers, security equipment, telephone and data lines, heating and air conditions systems, refrigeration equipment, lighting, signs and pumps as required
  • Read, interprets and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
  • Calibrates pumps, dispensers and other equipment in accordance with legal standards
  • Keeps assigned company vehicle(s) in a safe and orderly condition, which includes scheduling maintenance as required, and securing, organizing, and safeguarding company equipment and parts contained in and on the vehicle
  • Recommends when an outside contractor is required to handle a maintenance problem
  • Assists in the correction of other maintenance problems as directed by the Maintenance Manager
  • Attends training classes (both in and out of the local area) as required to learn maintenance procedures for specific equipment
  • Helps ensure compliance with Federal, State and local law and Company guidelines by completing required trainings, as well as obtaining required certifications
  • Maintains state specific Class “B” Underground Storage Tank (UST) System Operator Certification for all assigned stores in order to maintain, inspect, test and certify UST and Dispensing systems in compliance with applicable Federal, State and Local Laws and regulations
  • Provides equipment/system training and instruction to Company personnel to insure the safe and proper operation
  • Tests tanks/lines and assists in investigating suspected UST system failures as required by environmental guidelines
  • Works on outside equipment, in a safe manner, as required regardless of weather conditions
  • Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management 


Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED


Experience Requirements

Completes and maintains required state specific competency training and testing necessary to obtain and maintain Class “B” UST System Operator Certification

Experience performing maintenance related tasks

Experience with pumps and dispensers preferred

Experience in a skill trade area preferred (i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)


Skill Requirements

Experience with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications

Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues

Ability to conduct and complete Company business in a professional and ethical manner

Ability to lift equipment and access covers weighing in excess of 125 pounds

Ability to climb ladders to roofs, ceilings, and signs and descend into access pits up to 6 feet deep

Ability to crawl in access areas and under counters and dispensers

Ability to assemble and disassemble large and small mechanical, plumbing, and electrical parts, assemblies, and components

Ability to operate hand and power tools and special equipment to complete work assignments

Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching Additional Requirements

Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an on-call emergency basis, in addition to a normal work schedule

Must have a valid Driver’s License from the state in which the employee resides and class required for the type of vehicle(s) driven

Complies with all applicable state and federal DOT rules and regulations concerning the operation of assigned motor vehicle(s), including keeping and maintaining driver’s logs

You will be working as a Senior Service Engineer and will be the part of Motions Business Area for Service Division based in Casablanca, Morocco. In this role you will be reporting to the Local Business Area Manager and will be responsible for executing medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will also responsible for deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers and in close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB.


Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with group health, safety, and environmental directives, and ensuring instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assessing risks and safety hazards and implementing actions to ensuring people and equipment safety.
  • Performing medium to high complex service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrading and retrofitting, repairing independently, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades and retrofit, end of life service etc.) for medium and low voltage frequency drives.
  • Acting as a service lead in high complex service work and trouble shooting and ensuring delivery according to the work instructions and in accordance with the ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Delivering outstanding customer service to earn customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing service work according to the customer order and expectation. Creating and maintaining a good relationship with the customers and understanding their needs. Identifying new sales opportunities and taking influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio.
  • Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, resourced, and supervised. Ensuring all field service team members are certified in line with the global certification and local regulations. Reviewing competence levels to ensure each service engineer (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle the jobs assigned to them.
  • Driving continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned service team in collaboration with the operational excellence team. Utilizing efficient tools (e.g. Mobile Service Assist (MSA)) to streamline service processes and applications to support the customer. Ensuring the transfer of service findings to the product/system local units for improvement of their offerings.
  • Providing assistance via service calls during and after hours as necessary. Performing remote service assistance using remote connection and diagnostics tools.
  • Acting as the project technical leader in the service project by analyzing the project requirements and clarifying the project scope. Ensuring the coordination of the other internal and external technicians and assigning them specific tasks related to the service needs.


Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in technical low and medium voltage drive service (commissioning, Installation, repairs, retrofits, upgrading …).

Fluency in both spoken and written English & Arabic language is a must. French language is a plus.

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Hydraulic Field Service Technician” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:


  • Disassemble components and identify root cause of failure;
  • Diagnose problems and give recommendations for repairs;
  • Repair hydraulic components (pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders…);
  • Inspect various components to determine if rework or replacement is needed;
  • Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications;
  • Test repaired unit using manufacturer test specifications;
  • Make necessary adjustments to repaired unit;
  • Assure on-site interventions/works and read schematics.


Qualifications

Technical graduated (Mechanic – Automation ….) with 10 years minimum experience in oleo Hydraulic field service;

Mechanical aptitude, ability to disassemble & assemble mechanical devices competently;

knowledge of hydraulic systems, circuit design, and applications;

Able to make diagnostics and suitable service works on hydraulic installations;

Experience in fitting & hoses;

Fluent in French – English (medium level);

 Ability to stay focused given multiple inquiries & deadlines

Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;

Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
