~ Comprador - BUYER _ Tanger 


Poste :

The Buyer is required to manage Purchase requisitions in a daily basis for assigned goods and commodities for a number of terminals based in Europe or North America, Africa.
Ensures that supplies are ordered and delivered in a timely manner based on the best Total Cost of Ownership.

Accountabilities:

  • Handle purchase requisitions of goods and services from request to delivery with the aim of achieving the best TCO while respecting internal stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Managing pre-qualification process, coordinate and conduct technical and commercial tender evaluation.
  • Maintain and update vendor database in order to establish reliable supply sources and back-up sources to ensure un-interrupted delivery. 
  • Continuously follow up on the proper adherence to established policies and guidelines by the other departments and report effectively all discrepancies and propose ways of improvement. 
  • Conduct award and kick-off meetings with Contractors. Maintain and further develop positive relationships between key stakeholders and the department. 
  • Ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of purchase requisitions/orders and Framework agreements in respect to TCO, SOPs and internal customers’ requirements as defined in the SLA KPIs.
  • Strive to continuously improve workings processes, ensure reliability by maintaining good relations with suppliers and reduce cost and complexity.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by procurement hub manager.
  • Respect all safety, security and health requirements for various work environments.
 

Profil recherché :


Qualification;

Master's Degree in purchasing, business administration or management.

Knowledge of purchasing foundations and practices, product and service vendor sources.

Strong knowledge of MS office and ERP systems

Good communication skills in French, English (Hearing, Speaking, Reading and Writing).

Perfect communication skills in spanish

Proven ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of requisitions and tight deadlines.

Multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals.

~ Spanish Financial Analyst _ Tanger 


Poste :

  • The Financial Analyst is required to own the entity books of accounts & reporting numbers;
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting of books;
  • One Stream reporting;
  • Management accounting and reporting;
  • Fixed assets accounting & capitalization along with depreciation run;
  • Balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Team management skills preferable;
  • Stakeholder management and conducting regular calls with Business partners;


Accountabilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles within Financial Accounting & Reporting

Qualification;

- Master's Degree in tax, accounting, finance or similar field.

~ IT Specialist-User support _ Tanger 


Poste :

  • Installing and configuring Hardware and Applications
  • Ensuring the IT infrastructure availability, security, and proper functioning.
  • Ensuring the continuous evolution and improvement of the technologies used


Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot, document, diagnose and solve all problems incurred during company operations that are a direct result of a deficiency in the information related process employed, or misuse by the user of that process. Guide users in the correct use of their software and applications.
  • Inform superior as soon as possible if any general or specific task cannot be performed adequately or timely due to influences beyond your control. 
  • Monitor and manage company’s help desk requests by responding to user queries ensuring that problems are resolved quickly minimizing disruption. Communicate with hardware, software and IT vendors and service providers as necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives. This includes providing suggestions and input to changes and improvements in all policies and procedures (mentioned in this section or otherwise).
  • Guide users in the correct use of their software and applications. Oversee and assist with the installation of software/hardware components required. Support other IT Technicians with specific tasks.
  • Communicate with hardware, software and IT vendors and service providers.
  • Solve all issues related to IFS and escalate to global support.

~ OTC Accounting Associate (Accounts Receivable Accountant) _ Tanger

 

Poste :

Accounts receivable - Would be responsible for some or all the accounts receivable functions,

i.e. sales invoice generation, sales invoice processing, booking incoming payments, customer account reconciliation, collections, dunning etc.


Accountabilities:

  • Billing/Sales invoice generation.
  • Billing/Sales invoice processing
  • Booking incoming payments & allocation to appropriate invoices.

~ Equipment Inspector _ Tanger 


Poste :

Under guidance of the Planning supervisor, this position is responsible for professional inspections of terminal equipment. Controls and inspect all equipment according to planning. Follows anomalies and prepare analysis for recurrent ones. Measure and analysis of all preventive parameters (vibration, temperature…),

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform visual and measurable inspections (vibration, temperature, oil analysis…) according to systematic planning and check-list of all equipment
  • Check and measure the thickness of critical component and adjust if need it
  • Analyze results of diagnostic and propose action plan
  • Ensure preventive inspection for terminal equipment according to OEM’s instructions, benchmark, history of equipment break down
  • Check proper functioning (and safety) of equipment at regular intervals
  • Report the abnormalities on Equipment Journal in IFS
  • Check whether PM/CM routines are correct
  • Check the quality of the outsourced work
  • Complete the feed-back loop to CES
  • Define inspection tools and follow it reliability and calibration
  • Contribute in root cause analysis
  • Participate in weekly and daily Maintenance planning
  • Ensure that emergency abnormalities are reported to the repair Manager.
  • Carry out those duties assigned by the repair Manager
  • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders

QUALIFICATION

- Engineering or Technical degree from an Accredited university
2-3 years relevant work experience in an industrial machinery environment - marine port terminal preferred

Knowledge:

Ability to manage contracts and personnel
Can work with a wide range of cultures and personnel

Ability:

Works shift hours
Maintains high energy levels over long periods of time
